Toggle switch positions

Values:

SWITCH_POS_UP

Toggle switch is in up position (towards back of pedal)

SWITCH_POS_MIDDLE

Toggle switch is in center position (in the middle)

SWITCH_POS_DOWN

Toggle switch is in down position (towards front of pedal)
